Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, The Hotel Savoy, since 1888 features an Art Nouveau style stained glass skylight in the lobby. Now a fine European Bed & Breakfast Hotel, the restored rooms reflect their former Victorian glory. The Savoy Grill, since 1903, is Kansas City's oldest operating restaurant and features a massive oak bar, the Savoy Murals depicting the pioneers leaving Westport on the Santa Fe Trail, and fine dining in its original dining room. Booth #4, known as the president's booth, has been host to Warren Harding, Harry S. Truman, Gerald Ford, and Ronald Reagan.
